Senior Systems Engineer (Technical Lead)
This is NOT a ticket-closing role. We're hiring a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer who will be the technical backbone of Evernet Systems — the final technical escalation point, P1 incident leader, complex project driver, and the person who helps shape our AI-powered service model. In Phase 1 (first 90 days), you hold the fort. In Phase 2 (after 90 days), you step into running our new AI-enabled managed services model that you helped build.
Service Delivery Manager
This is NOT a passive monitoring role. We're hiring a Service Delivery Manager who will be the operational backbone of Evernet Systems — ensuring that every client's IT environment is operational, reliable, and secure 24×7. You own two things above all else: service delivery excellence and project delivery discipline. You work in close partnership with the Technical Lead — you own the "when, who, and how much" of delivery; the Tech Lead owns the "what and how" of engineering.
Senior Sales Lead (B2B / IT)
This is NOT an account manager role. We are hiring a Hunter. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be the driving force behind Evernet's new customer acquisition. You will prospect, consult, and close recurring managed services contracts and related project work, selling directly to business owners and C-level decision makers. Your job is to acquire clients who need Peace of Mind through a competent MSP, not just selling IT support. You will join a lean and highly technical team (mostly engineers). There is no sales manager and no inbound marketing engine to rely on. You must be able to build a pipeline from scratch, close independently, and create a repeatable sales operating rhythm.
