In our early years we did what most IT firms do: projects and repairs. And clients almost always called after something had gone wrong — when the downtime had already cost them.

Repair work pays more when systems fail. We wanted to be paid for the opposite. So we moved to managed services: one fixed monthly fee, proactive monitoring, and one team accountable for keeping the business running.

When generative AI arrived, we asked a simple question: what could it do for our own business? We started automating our own operations — and the honest answer took two years to find. We took wrong turns and spent money we didn’t need to.

Our information security and quality management were certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

Out of those mistakes came our own framework and plan. Meanwhile, clients started asking us about AI. We saw how often employees paste customer data into personal AI accounts, a risk most businesses can’t see. And most SMEs can’t justify a full-time AI leader.

So we launched our AI solutions division, and our clients don’t have to repeat our mistakes.

By 2026 we had automated about 40% of our own operations, from ticket routing to reporting to client onboarding. We also earned Microsoft Solutions Partner designations in Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Digital & App Innovation.

Managed IT is still the foundation — AI works best on stable infrastructure. And we only recommend what we’ve proven on ourselves.
