AI assistants, workflow automation, knowledge bases and AIOps — built on your own data and run by the team that manages IT for 70+ Singapore businesses.
Start with the one that removes the most work, and add the others when you're ready.
AI Assistant
AI assistants trained on your business. Whether it's handling customer enquiries, processing documents or managing internal workflows, we build, train and customise them for your operations: they follow your rules and processes, and hand over to your team when a person is needed.
Where it fits
Answering FAQs, booking appointments, processing enquiries, document management, internal operations and industry-specific workflows — especially in F&B, retail, professional services and businesses with specific compliance requirements.
Trained on your business knowledge, documents and processes
24/7 availability without additional headcount
Handover to your team when a person is needed
Multi-language support (English, Chinese, Malay and more)
Integrates with your existing CRM, helpdesk and business tools
Reviewed and improved by our team over time
AI Automation
Stop spending time on tasks that should run themselves. We analyse your workflows, automate document processing and connect your business tools. From invoices and contracts to cross-system data entry — if it's repetitive, it's a candidate for automation.
Where it fits
Invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, employee onboarding, lead management, procurement documentation, inventory updates and other repetitive data entry your team does every day.
Automations built for your specific workflows
AI document extraction from invoices, receipts, contracts and forms
Connects your existing business apps and systems
Automated data sync — no more manual copy-paste between tools
Document classification, routing and approvals
Supports English and Chinese documents
Scheduled reports, alerts and notifications
AI Knowledge Base
Turn scattered documents into a searchable knowledge base. Your team asks a question — "What's our refund policy?" or "How do I onboard a new vendor?" — and gets an answer drawn from your own company documents, instead of digging through folders or asking colleagues.
Where it fits
Onboarding new hires faster, reducing repeat questions to HR and IT, standardising how teams follow processes and keeping everyone on the latest company knowledge.
Built on your SOPs, policies, manuals and internal documents
Plain-language Q&A — staff ask questions as they would a colleague
Updates as your documents change
Role-based access — control who sees what information
Integrates with SharePoint, Google Drive and internal wikis
Shows which questions are asked most, to reveal knowledge gaps
AIOps
Move from reactive to proactive IT management. We use AI-driven monitoring to watch your infrastructure, flag issues before they affect your business and automate routine IT operations.
Where it fits
Businesses that rely on uptime, such as e-commerce, SaaS platforms, financial services and any operation where downtime means lost revenue.
Predictive alerts that warn before failures
Faster root-cause analysis
Capacity planning and forecasting
Automated incident escalation and routine responses
One dashboard for your infrastructure

01
Find the right workflow
We map how work actually flows and start where AI pays back fastest for your team — and tell you plainly where it won’t.
02
Build on your data
We train the assistant or automation on your documents, rules and systems, with access limited to what each role should see.
03
Test it on real work
A small group uses it first. We measure the time it saves and fix what gets in the way before a wider rollout.
04
Roll out and run it
We connect it to your existing tools, keep a person in the loop where one is needed, and keep monitoring and improving it.
Safe by design
AI that touches your customers and your documents has to be run like the rest of your IT: governed, monitored and accountable.
You know where your data goes
Some AI and cloud services process data outside Singapore. Before anything goes live, we tell you where your data will be stored and processed, and put PDPA’s safeguards for overseas transfers in place.
Access follows roles
An assistant or knowledge base can be limited to what each person is allowed to see.
People stay in the loop
When a conversation needs a human, it hands over to your team with the context attached.
Business-grade AI services
We build on business-tier AI services, which don’t train on your data by default, and we’re ISO 27001 certified for information security.
Custom AI, Copilot — or both?
Most businesses end up with more than one. The mistake is starting with the wrong one.
We automated about 40% of our own operations before offering this to clients.
Time back you can measure
Across our clients, automation gives back about 15 hours a week on average.
We run the foundation too
70+ Singapore businesses trust us with the Microsoft 365, cloud and security that AI runs on.

AI solutions — frequently asked questions
What AI solutions does Evernet build?
Four: AI assistants that handle customer and internal enquiries, AI automation for workflows and document processing, AI knowledge bases that answer staff questions from your own documents, and AIOps for predictive IT monitoring. We also run Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, and a Virtual Chief AI Officer (VCAIO) service for businesses that want AI strategy and governance on subscription.
How long does it take to implement an AI assistant?
A basic AI assistant can be deployed within 2–4 weeks. That covers understanding your business processes, training the AI on your knowledge base, integrating with your existing systems, and testing. More complex implementations with custom integrations may take 6–8 weeks.
Do we need our IT infrastructure in place before adopting AI?
We strongly recommend it. A secure, reliable IT foundation is what lets AI deliver results; without it, AI projects often underperform or create new risks. That is why many clients start with our managed IT services and add AI once the foundation is solid.
How do you handle data security and PDPA?
We are ISO 27001 certified for information security and ISO 9001 certified for quality management, and we design AI solutions with PDPA’s data protection obligations in mind. Some AI and cloud services process data outside Singapore, so before anything goes live we tell you where your data will be stored and processed, and help you put in place the safeguards PDPA requires for overseas transfers.
Can AI integrate with our existing software and systems?
Yes. We build automations that connect with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, accounting software and more. For proprietary or legacy systems, we build tailored integrations.
What languages can the AI handle?
AI assistants support English, Chinese, Malay and more. Document automation handles English and Chinese documents.
Should we use Microsoft Copilot or a custom AI assistant?
They solve different problems. Microsoft 365 Copilot makes your people faster inside Office apps — drafting, summarising, analysing. Custom AI assistants automate business processes: customer enquiries, document processing, knowledge retrieval. Many clients use both, and we’ll tell you honestly which fits your use case, and in what order.
